Dialogue - the best solution

Because many disagreements can be solved through dialogue, which is often the best solution for all parties involved, we would like to ask you to please contact the department in charge of handling your case prior to contacting the complaints manager if you disagree with the outcome of your case.

Complaint resolution procedures

If after having contacted the relevant department, you still disagree with the outcome of your case, you are welcome to write to the pension funds complaints officer Johnni Nielsen, and he will assess your case.

Serving as a liaison between the administration and the member registering a complaint, Johnny Nielsen is responsible for correctly handling complaints about the administration's decisions.

The Supervisory Board

If the disagreement continues after our complaints officer has viewed and assessed the complaint, the case can be put before the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Boards decision is final.
